  • CCA NOC is a combined pollution NOC that is granted under the provisions of the Water Act 1974, Air Act 1981, and Environment (Protection) Act 1986 for polluting and non-polluting industries.
  • It is a one-time permission under the pollution control laws that makes industrial units eligible to have consent to operate, hazardous waste authorization, and E-waste authorisation in one go.

  • Business Operations: Manufacturing process flow chart, Copy of Consent to Establish NOC (CTE), Site plan or Layout Plan, Green area plan, OC (Occupational certificate) issued by the Development Authority/DTCP/municipal corporation
  • Pollution Control Measures: Design Scheme of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), Design Scheme of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Design Scheme of Air Pollution Control Devices (APCDs), Design Scheme of Hazardous Waste Management (HWM), Proposal for online monitoring system for effluent and emissions (if applicable)
  • Environmental Clearances: Forest NOC and Aravali NOC (from District Forest Officer and Deputy Commissioner, if applicable), Wildlife NOC (if falling under a protected area), EIA NOC letter (if project covered under EIA Notification dated 14.09.2006)
  • Water Resources: Borewell CGWA NOC from the CGWA, Water NOC, and Sewer NOC
  • Fees: Pollution NOC fee, Wastewater and effluent testing fee prescribed by the SPCB
